How to use RVC WebUI with Intel Iris Xe Graphics?

I downloaded the intel version of this (Release updated1006v2 · RVC-Project/Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion-WebUI) and ran the batch file but the RVC webui never opened.
Is there anything else I need to download for this one?
Even if I can't train using the GPU, I would like to at least use the GPU for audio conversion.
